You can replace the worn out visor clips yourself. This is the female portion of the sun visor clip found in the windshield header.  The male portion of the clip attached to the sun visor fits into this piece. (Male portion available separately, Part number MS-1087). Available black, blue, palomino, brown, grey and creme. Fits left or right side.  Installation is easy....all you need is a screwdriver.
