Mercedes® Platinum Spark Plugs, 1975 -1993

The best policy to use when replacing spark plugs is to check the gap before installation, even though new plugs come "pre-gapped" from the manufacturer. This assures you the gap is correct. Always follow Mercedes® specifications for the proper gap setting.
