Mercedes® Clutch Slave Cylinder, 1981 -1989

If the cylinder is leaking, or the clutch pedal stays on the floor when disengaged, the cylinder probably needs replacing. Other reasons for the clutch pedal not to react would be binding in the release bearing or in the shift linkage. A fault in the clutch hydraulic system may also be suspect.
