Will my entire order ship together?

Get your order to us by 2 PM Pacific Standard Time and we will make our best effort to ship your order the same day, if we have it in stock. Our massive warehouse inventory and state-of-the-art mail order computer technology ensures that we will process your order quickly and accurately.

What are my payment options?

Payment by Credit Card We accept Visa, Visa Check Card, MasterCard, American Express, Optima, Discover, JCB, EuroCard and MasterMoney Card. If you're paying with Visa Check Card, please select Visa from the dropdown menu (remember that most Visa Check Cards have a $300 maximum limit). If you're using a EuroCard or MasterMoney Card, select MasterCard. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Entering your payment information on the Internet is safe with us.

Payment by Check or Money Order We accept checks and money orders. To pay by check or money order, fill-out our mail-in-order form and attach your check or money order payable to Performance Products.

Restrictions on Same Day Shipments

If your order has multiple items and one or more is on backorder, in most cases we will ship what's available immediately and ship the remainder of the order the day we receive it. Your credit card is only charged for the products that ship, and shipping charges for the entire order. We then charge your credit card for the remaining products when shipped. If there is a cost difference for breaking the order into multiple shipments, we pay the additional shipping charge(s).

When will my order arrive?

We want to keep you informed about your order. Whether you order by telephone, Internet or mail, you will receive updated information about your order via email. Of course this assumes that we have your email address on file.

Our system runs an analysis at 5PM Monday through Friday to determine if the status of your order has changed (for example, order shipped, backorder date changed, etc.). The date that your order is processed you will receive an email saying so along with a Tracking Number if availible. If the order also shipped the same day, the email will let you know this as well, along with other particulars.

On the other hand if your order did not ship on the order date the system will let you know the estimated ship date. For these orders you will receive another email on the date your order is shipped. This is also true if your order was originally placed on backorder.

The bottom line is that we want to keep you informed every step of the way!

Does payment by check or money order slow down my order?

Yes. We will hold your order for 48 hours from the time it is received. Thereafter, we will order your items when the check is received. We ship your order after the funds have cleared. Payment by check in the US may delay your order by approximately 3-10 days. If the funds to not match the order, a representative will call you prior to shipment.

Did you know that we run a 96% in-stock fulfillment rate? That's the best in the industry. However, if a part that you ordered happens to be on backorder, we will notify you by email. If a backorder date is then modified at a later date, we will send another email indicating the most recent information from the manufacturer.

Who pays for return shipping?

Please return the package pre-paid and insured. If the return is deemed to be due to a defect or mistake by Performance Products we will refund the cost of ground shipping only.

Im missing some parts that I ordered.

First look at your invoice to make sure the parts appear. If they do appear there is a single letter code along with a table identifying if the part was shipped, backordered or drop shipped from a different warehouse.
